How to Schedule a Meeting in Melp

- Go to Dashboard or Calendar and click the “Create Meeting” button
- Add the Title, Invitee, Description, Date, Time, Duration, Reminder, and Recurrence (if needed) and upload attachments like agendas or documents (if needed)
- Click on “Create”. Boom — your meeting is locked in and everyone gets notified automatically.

How to Join a Meeting in Melp

Joining a meeting with Melp is fast, easy, and totally hassle-free—whether you’re on your phone, tablet, or desktop.
Here’s how you can get connected in seconds:
Join from the Live Call Button
In a rush? We've got you.
- Click the Live Call button to open the live call panel.
- Look for the meeting that’s currently in progress and just hit “Join” and you’re in!
No digging. No searching. Just one click and you're live.
Join from the Recent Tab
- Go to the Recent tab and select “Meetings” from the side menu.
- Browse your list of recent meetings to see all your recent meetings.
- Click “Join” next to the one you want to attend.
Or join from the Calendar Module.
Join via Email Invite
- Check your inbox for your Melp Meeting Invite
- Click the meeting link or Join button inside the email.
It’s the easiest way to hop into a scheduled call.

Schedule a Meeting with Someone Outside Melp
Yes — you can invite anyone to your meeting, even if they don’t have a Melp account. Just follow these simple steps:
Step-by-Step
- Go to Calendar or Dashboard and click the “Create Meeting” button
- Add the Title, Description, Date, Time, Duration, Reminder, and Recurrence (if needed) and upload attachments like agendas or documents if needed
- Add the Non-Melp Invitee. In the “Add Invitees” field, type the email address of the person you want to invite
- Click “Create”. Your meeting is scheduled and the invite will be sent to their email.
What Happens Next for Non-Melp Invitees
- They’ll receive an email invitation with a Join Meeting link
- On clicking the link, they’ll be prompted to enter their name and email address
- A join request is sent to the meeting organizer (you) for approval
If Approved by the Organizer
- The user is allowed into the meeting
- They can participate just like other attendees: Video, Voice and in-call Chat and other in call features.
If Declined
- The user will be denied entry
- They will see a message saying their request was not approved
Tip: Even though non-Melp users can join meetings without creating an account, we recommend signing up for a smoother experience and full feature access.

How to Schedule a Recurring Meeting
- Click “Create Meeting” from your Dashboard or Calendar
- Fill in the meeting info: Title, Invitees, Time Slot, Reminders, Attachments (optional).
- Choose the Recurrence Type from the dropdown: Once, Daily, Weekly, Monthly
- Double-check the details and click “Create”—you're all set!

How to Edit a Meeting
Need to make a change? Melp keeps it easy:
- Open your Calendar and locate the meeting
- Click the Edit icon next to the meeting
- Update any detail— invitees, time, description, or recurrence pattern
- Click Update—and you're done!
For Recurrence Meeting:
Choose whether to apply changes to:
- Current instance, or
- Current and all future instance
