How to schedule recurring meetings

MelpApp has introduced many features to recurring meetings.

  • 1.All the meeting instances are listed separately so user always gets notification for each instance.
  • 2.Users can create exceptions to recurring meetings.
  • 3.When editing/deleting a particular instance, users will have the option to edit/delete that particular occurrence or the entire series.

How to schedule a recurring meeting using MelpApp:

  • 1.Go to the calendar tab from Left Panel
  • 2.Click on Create Meeting Button
  • 3.Fill out the meeting details like Title/Invitees/Time slots/Attachment(if any)
  • 4.Select Recurrence type from the drop-down (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
  • 5.Confirm all the details and click on Create button to create a meeting

How to edit a recurring meeting using MelpApp:

  • 1.Go to the calendar tab from Left Panel
  • 2.Select the recurring meeting from Left Panel
  • 3.Click on the edit button
  • 4.Make the desired changes
  • 5.Click on the update button to update the meeting
