MelpApp gives every user a personal meeting room "MY MEETING ROOM". Think of your Meeting Room as your very own virtual conference room. People you invite can join the same permanent, unique My Meeting Room link. When it's time to meet, you can present and collaborate with your team as if you're in the same room.

Benefits of Personal Meeting Room-

  • 1.Once a participant has your Meeting room link, they can join at any time, unless you lock the meeting or use the Waiting room feature to admit participants individually.

How to share My Meeting Room link -

Copy your 'My Meeting Room link' from the dashboard and send it to the desired contact via e-mail or text.

How to go to your My Meeting Room -

Select My To Room from dashboard to go to your My Meeting Room

How to join meeting from personal meeting room link -

  • 1.Open the link that you received for joining a meeting room
  • 2.Wait for organizer to accept it
  • 3.Once organizer accept it a new window of private room will be open automatically

How to join Personal Meeting Room link without having to sign-up -

  • 2.Enter your name and e-mail address
  • 3.Wait till organizer accept your request to join
