How to create a group

In MelpApp, Group refers to a number of members of your organization where you can collaborate with them.

Group can be used for quick discussions or conferences.

How to create a group

  • 1.Go to group section from left panel
  • 2.Click on Create Group icon
  • 3.Enter a name for your Group
  • 4.Click on Create Group icon
  • 5.Enter a description of your group you can also upload an avatar image for your your (optional)
  • 6.Add people to your group by entering their name or email address or you can directly select them by clicking on the Add Member icon
  • 7.Click on CREATE button to create your group

Mobile App:

Option 1:

In Mobile, you can instantly create a group with just a click and start an instant discussion, audio, and video conference.

  • 1.Tap on the activity button from the bottom left corner
  • 2.Select Audio, Video, and Decision whatever you would like to do
  • 3.Select members from your contact list with whom you like to create the group
  • 4.Voila, You are all set to go, do video or audio conferences, and have discussions

Option 2:

  • 1.Tap on Groups from the home screen
  • 2.Tab on create button
  • 3.Enter a name for your group
  • 4.Enter a description of your group you can also upload an avatar image for your group (optional)
