Get started with MelpApp

MelpApp is a communication and collaboration tool that brings teams together from different parts of the world. With MelpApp, you can connect with your team from anywhere, anytime, and with any device. Not just you can communicate with your teammates but can also build your network and collaborate seamlessly with clients, partners, or freelancers. Download the Desktop or Mobile App

Get MelpApp for your computer, mobile device, or web browser. Install it on multiple devices and switch between them hassle-free. Your content stays in sync because everything is stored in a secure cloud.

To get MelpApp for the web, head over to https://www.melp.us/. For Android users, update the latest built from play store. Windows users must have Windows 10 or later and can choose between a 32-bit or 64-bit installation. Check your system type by following these steps:

  • Open the Control Panel.
  • Select System.
  • Click About.
  • Check the system type to determine whether you need a 32-bit or 64-bit installation.

Mac users must have macOS 10.13 or later. To check your system type, follow these steps:

  • Open the Apple menu.
  • Select About This Mac.
  • Look for the Processor or Chip tab to see if your system is Intel or Apple.

Sign in for the first time

Signing in for the first time is quick and easy, whether you're using a desktop or mobile device. Here's how to get started:

To create an account using Web or Mobile

  • Click on the CREATE ACCOUNT button.
  • Enter your name, email address, and create a strong password.
  • Check your email inbox and click on the CONFIRM EMAIL button to verify your email address.

If you don't see the email, double-check your email account details and click on RESEND EMAIL if necessary.

  • Once you've confirmed your email address, you can start creating your profile by entering details like your company, skills, services, and location. Your account will then be ready to use.

Invite other users to join

Melp is an effortless way to stay in touch and do much more. You can invite anyone to join MelpApp whether from an organization, community, or network.

Invite users to communicate or to add them to a group or a team. They will receive an email inviting them to sign up for MelpApp. If they can’t find the invitation, ask them to check their spam folder first. If it’s not there, ask them to go to https://melp.us to sign up.

You can invite a user from many different places. You will also get recommendations to connect.

Option 1:

  • From the dashboard, click on INVITE from Invite Contacts
  • Enter the Email address of the person you want to invite and click INVITE

Option 2:

  • Go to NETWORK
  • Click on INVITE PEOPLE.
  • Type in their email address and click on INVITE

Bulk Invite

  • Go to NETWORK
  • Click on UPLOAD under the BULK INVITE options
  • Upload your CSV file of the invitees.

SHARE MELPAPP

You can also invite people by sharing MelpApp on Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Simply go to Networks and select SHARE MELPAPP ON
