Delete Account

As a user of MelpApp, you have control over your own data and privacy. If you decide that you no longer want to use our application, you can easily delete your account.

Steps to delete your account

• Go to your Account Settings.

• Select DELETE ACCOUNT from the options on the left and click on DELETE.

• A confirmation pop-up will appear, select OK if you wish to delete account.

• You will receive a verification code in your registered email address to verify this action is taken by you. Enter the verification code you received.

• If you don't receive the code, click on Resend.

• Click on SUBMIT.

Note: Please note that once the deletion process begins, you won't be able to connect seamlessly with your co-workers or networks. Additionally, any information in your profile such as files, documents, images, chats, and meetings will be permanently deleted. So, be sure to back up any important data before proceeding with the deletion process.
